Anillo cajón!

::Anillo realizado en plata 925. Al tirar del pequeño prisma rectangular del frente, se abre un cajón y se cierra con un "click"! A criterio del usuario la elección de qué guardar dentro.... :)

::Ring made of Sterling Silver. If you pull the little prism on the front, you will discover a drawer that close with a "click"! The choice of what to keep inside belongs to the user... :)

.:Nuevo anillo lúdico:.

::Nuevo anillo de la línea de joyería lúdica. Realizado en plata 925 y acrílico transparente. Esta vez el prisma que contiene el juego se mueve con un movimiento similar al "sube y baja", permitiendo jugar con él sin la necesidad de sacarlo del dedo.

::New ring from the Ludic Jewelry collection. It's made of Sterling Silver and trasparent acrylic. This time the box with the game moves like a see-saw, and allows you to play with it in your finger.

Ayer me contactaron las chicas de Etsy in Spanish Team, para contarme que habían publicado un post en el blog sobre mi trabajo, escrito por Julieta Romano. Es muy interesante saber qué opinan otros artistas de mis joyitas! Pueden leerlo acá!

::El pasado 20 de diciembre se casó mi amiga Corina. Para la ocasión me pidió que le hiciera las joyas para lucir ese día, todas con la tela del vestido. Esto es lo que salió: una gargantilla con círculos y aros de forma elíptica. Dice que son las primeras joyas de la familia...!!! :)

::Last 20th of december, my friend Corina got married. She ask me to make her jewels for that special day, all of them with the fabric of her wedding dress. This is what I made for her: one necklace with circles and a pair of earrings . She says that this are the first jewels of the family...!!! :)

::3 colgantes en 1! Tiene tres posiciones distintas, sólo tienes que trasladar la tanza por la ranura del lateral hasta la altura que desees.

:::: The last number of jewelry magazine "Joyas Hoy" (Today Jewels) has chosen and published my jewels in the "Ludic jewelry" note, inside the Design section. The authoress of this note is Silvana Chiavetti, specialist in jewelry design.

::Anillo con la misma técnica del dije de la nenita, las chapitas que se mueven por un carril y forman el dibujo grabado::

::Ring with the same technique that the pendant with the little girl, plates that moves in a rail forming the engraved drawing::

Flor

::Gargantilla "flor" de plata, hecha por encargo. Los pétalos están texturados en su superficie y pulidos en los bordes. Las cintas son de cuero y la piedra central una ágata roja::

Dije juego

::Otro dije de la serie lúdica. Esta vez los obstáculos de las bolitas no son paredes, sino los hilos que atraviezan el acrílico, y jugando con la piel como fondo::

::Lo que ven en las imágenes de la izquierda y derecha es el mismo anillo de un lado y del otro, con una combinación de tela distinta para cada lado. La idea es que se vea distinto dependiendo de la forma en que se lo observe::

Concurso!

::Participé de un concurso organizado por Ponoko, una empresa en Nueva Zelanda que brinda el servicio de corte láser. La consigna era crear una joya realizada con corte láser y con los materiales que ellos trabajan. Diseñé un collar con un módulo único de acrílico, con la idea de poner uno contra otro, como muestro en la última imagen y no desperdiciar material. También después se unen para crear la forma del collar final o cualquiera de las infinitas combinaciones posibles, aprovechando que el corte láser es exacto.

Y resulté finalista!! Las imágenes que siguen son del producto real terminado...

:: I participated in a contest organized by Ponoko, a company in New Zealand that offers the service of laser cut. The instruction was to design a jewel cutted by laser and with the materials that they work. I designed a necklace with a unique module of acrylic, with the idea of putting one next to the other, like I show in the last image, and don´t waste material. Also this property allows to combine this module to create the form of the final necklace or any of the infinite possible combinations, taking advantage that the cut laser is precise.
And I turned out finalist!! The images that continue are of the finished product...

::Este dije, de plata 925, lo hice por encargo para una futura madre de mellizas. La idea es simbolizar a sus niñas, pero sin hacer los típicos nenitos y nenitas de chapa plana...::


:: This pendant, of 925 sterling silver, I did it to order for a future mother of twin daughters. The idea is to symbolize the girls, but without doing the typical little boys and girls of plate...::

::Este dije fue un regalo para mi amiga Yenny que se fue a vivir a España. La tela que usé es un retazo de las carteras que ella hace, asi que fue totalmente personalizado. También está la opción de usarlo del otro lado, donde se ve más plata (925) con unas líneas ennegrecidas, y lo hace más formal::

:: This pendant was a gift for my friend Yenny who has went to lived to Spain. The fabric that I used is a retal of the bags that she makes, so it was totally personalized. Also there is the option to use the other side of the pendant, where you can see more silver (925) with a few blackened lines, and it makes it more formal::
